Georgia nonprofit Bridging The Gap needed to show investors how much of an impact their investment made in the lives of the local community. The only hold-up was that there was one-week to make it happen. But we made it happen!
When GO Kids (a ministry at GO Church) wanted to start making custom choreographed dance videos that use current songs, I worked with their team to produce, shoot, edit, and distribute the content online.
In July of 2019, it was announced that South Metro Ministries would become GO Church. As the Marketing Director, I oversaw all graphics creation, created video content, contracted web development, designed and contracted print, created digital signage, and planned social media and brand strategy for the rebranding. The “I Quit” series was a video and graphics package designed for a speaking series that focused on personal struggles. The video was an extra challenge as it was produced completely with stock footage.
For the 2018 Christmas season, South Metro Ministries needed a Christmas visual theme and promotional video. I produced the video and designed a graphics package for the Christmas events.
This October speaking series was a fun one to design. The creative idea was to make the design retro in look, hence the VHS-style ghosting, and a visual metaphor (again, referencing the “ghosting” on the words). The graphic turned out nicely. A stock video promo was then customized to match the look.
GO Church hosts a monthly Wednesday night special event called “First Wednesday”. Each event has a special guest speaker and free catering for attendees.
